My documentary and questions

How was the documentary effective?

I think my documentary was effective as it fit the brief we were given. I also think all of the footage used, as well as the audio, worked well and I achieved what was asked.

Was the message clear?

Personally I think the message is clear and got across to the audience. After opening up my documentary and explaining it's topic, I branched off into its smaller topics and things relating to it, so I think overall I was clear in what I was explaining.

How could I improve the finished product?
After getting feedback, I have since added music and credits to make I more realistic as a documentary. I think if I were to improve it further I could add in an extra sequence on record stores - I planned to do this but decided to leave it out due to filming locations and Covid restrictions.

How will I carry across the skills I have gained during the process to my next production?

I think I will carry the skills I have gained to my next production in different ways. I think I learnt more on having to improvise in terms of what I needed to work with and what was accessible to me.
